In churches around Australia, MTS Sunday was once again celebrated in July. This event is an opportunity for churches to partner with MTS in praying and raising support for ministry apprenticeship training.
This year, there was a call for churches, pastors and MTS supporters to ‘invest in raising harvest workers’. As apprentices and trainers shared stories about MTS with their churches, congregation members were shown the impact that training ministry workers has on the future of the gospel. The input of churches in the growth and support of their apprentices is paramount, and MTS is thankful for another year of gospel partnership with those who rally around ministry trainees.
