The St Jude’s Traineeships Future Fund exists to enable St Jude’s to discover, develop and deploy gospel workers to God’s harvest field in Melbourne and the world.

The fund allows donors to contribute directly to the recruitment and development of ministry trainees by subsidising the support-raising target of each trainee. This subsidisation makes traineeships possible for a greater number of individuals, particularly those from diverse backgrounds.

The Traineeship Future Fund also allows St Jude’s to continue developing the traineeships program through additional learning materials, resources and experiences for trainees and trainers.
