Greetings, I am Petra – I am a wife, full-time mother & I’ve brought my two young children along with me to serve Christ through an MTS-MTW apprenticeship.

Serving with children has been challenging but a blessing. So far, I have been learning how to serve God and demonstrate living in faithfulness during a busy period of life.

My prayer for this apprenticeship is to carve a path for other mothers to see ministry with children is possible. We are all called to serve Jesus at every stage of life and as Jesus said in Mathew “let the little children come.”

Praise God for gospel focus training at G82026 camp and raising up workers for the harvest. Thank God for the families who attended and for Mothers there training and bringing their children up to serve the Lord. Prayer for more workers to go out ready to teach and instruct the next generation.

Thank God for Jive & Play outreach, sharing Jesus’ love to parents in the Armidale community. Prayer for more helpers as we continue to grow and that our conversations can be season with salt. Prayer for upcoming February event of Paint & Sip Night, that it would be an opportunity for us to get to know these mothers better and for fruitful conversations to share Jesus.

Thank God for providing funding to cover my ministry cost in January. Pray God continues to provide and brings more people onboard this mission to be regular supporters.

Thank God for MTW, providing a way to serve him and teach my children to serve him. Pray he continues to sustain me as I look after my home, study and train in ministry.
