Greetings, I am Petra – I am a wife, full-time mother & I’ve brought my two young children along with me to serve Christ through an MTS-MTW apprenticeship.

Serving with children has been challenging but a blessing. So far, I have been learning how to serve God and demonstrate living in faithfulness during a busy period of life.

My prayer for this apprenticeship is to carve a path for other mothers to see ministry with children is possible. We are all called to serve Jesus at every stage of life and as Jesus said in Mathew “let the little children come.”

Praise God for the New Life women’s conference team who worked hard to organise and encourage many women to grow in faith and godliness. Pray for the team as the start to plan 2026 conference.

Thank God for growth and providing more wonderful people to help with Jive & Play playgroup. Pray for term 4, opportunities to share the gospel with these families, for hearts to be soften and for God’s work to be done.

Pray for the church in Bundarra. Thank God St Marks can have a partnership with them and for Zac who preached clearly on God’s salvation. Thank God for the lovely ladies who provided hospitality while we visited. Pray for the church, for God to grow it and for a gospel revival for the people in Bundarra.

Thank God for the opportunity to bring my children up working in the church this year. Pray for Phoebe and Judah to witness and accept the grace of Jesus Christ. Pray I can continue to grow in humility for God to shape and use me to serve him for his purpose.

Praise God for the opportunity to further my knowledge and understanding of him. Pray for my studies, that he helps me to complete four upcoming assessments due in the next 4 weeks.
