North Coast Church | Trainer: Aj Veale

Hi, I‘m Denise! I am very excited for the opportunity to undertake a 2 year full time MTS Apprenticeship at North Coast Church from January 2026! In the past decade of knowing God and having a personal relationship with Him, I have seen the ways in which the Gospel of Jesus Christ has transformed me. I’ve made the decision to step away from my career in human resources (which I love) to pursue this apprenticeship. God has been extremely gracious, kind and loving toward me and I want to respond to this in faith and obedience. I hope that through this apprenticeship, I will be able to steward well and use the gifts and talents God has given me to serve others, build up disciples and ultimately bring glory to Him. 

When I’m not working, I enjoy hanging out with family and friends, playing pickleball and badminton, scenic walks, reading, playing board games, supporting my afl team (part of the purple army!), finding new matcha places, scrapbooking, checking out new food spots and travelling. 

I am forever grateful for how God has saved me over a decade ago and for this new season that lies ahead. I pray that more lives will come to know God and too have their lives transformed by the gospel. 1. For me to draw my strength from God as I trust Him with this apprenticeship. 
2. Continual maturity in my faithfulness to God and understanding of His word.

4. For my character to be refined and shaped, may God be glorified. 
5. For clarity and wisdom as I discern whether I am suitable for full time gospel work.
