Scots Church Sydney | Trainer: Jessica Ngo and Craig Tucker

We’re excited to embark on our next step in doing a Ministry Apprenticeship at our church! We are keen to learn from our Trainers, try new things, open the Bible with others, learn more about ourselves, and gain clarity on how and where God might use us for the gospel in the future.

Along the way, we’ll get opportunities to do things like:

• Read the Bible one-to-one with different people
• Learn and practice how to lead volunteer teams
• Lead and serve a small group Bible study
• Start a new evangelistic initiative
• Upskill on our ‘upfront’ capabilities
• Prepare and deliver some teaching / training

Since we’re both doing this training at the same time, we have the unique joy and challenge of doing some of these together, and some individually.

We are grateful to God for the prayerful support of our friends and family over the years, and how they have shaped and strengthened our faith and given us the confidence and the encouragement to do our Apprenticeship.

Thank you again for your partnership in the gospel and we’d love to keep chatting and encouraging one another in growing in our service for the Lord and His church!

Prayer Points

• Pray for our Supporters Events that we’re running in December, that they’ll be smooth and people would be challenged and excited by the gospel mission and the opportunity to partner with us in that
• Pray for us to finish up well with our commitments in 2025
• Pray that we would grow in our marriage amidst the transition and changes this will bring
• Pray that God might provide for us financially through the generosity of our friends and family
• Pray that we would grow in our godly character as we train and discern God’s will for us
