Hi, I’m Brynnley.
In 2026-2028, my wife Elisha and I will be moving from our home church (Regeneration Church Monash) in order to take up a ministry apprenticeship at Baranduda Community Church (BCC), and I’d love for you to consider joining us, whether through prayer or financial care, as we seek to reach regional Victorians with the gospel.
Why we are doing this: God has graciously blessed us with the greatest blessing, the offering of himself to a broken humanity; we seek to grow, to be trained and sent, and to set our lives apart for the service of His gospel for the redemption of lost souls in regional Australia. It is my aim that through the MTS apprenticeship at BCC we receive practical training and experience, serving as an integral first step in the journey towards being equipped for pastoring a local church here in Australia.
About the Apprenticeship: The BCC is a medium sized, theologically reformed, evangelical church, which loves God and seeks to bring others into a rich relationship with our risen Lord. Through a 1-1 mentorship with the senior pastor, Chris Barnes, I hope to further shape my character, conviction and to grow my competencies for mission through co-leading small group bible studies, 1-1 pastoral care, the craft of preaching, leading evangelism and overseeing kids & youth ministries.
What do we need: We seek to grow a community of prayerful supporters, to share in the triumphs and sorrows of missions, to sustain us financially, to be empowered through prayer and biblical encouragement share the good news with others and to mutually encourage one another in reaching the lost.

Prayer Points
There is much that we need prayer for; if you would like to pray specifically, here’s a list of this you might like to join us in asking God for:
- That God would bless the church at Baranduda, equip them for life and mission, and would display his grace in the saving of souls to Him
- For God’s blessing on the apprenticeship (unity with the team at BCC, fruitful training environment, etc)
- That God would give us an upright heart as we prepare; protecting us from error and sin, and tune our desires to his will
- That we would communicate things clearly and helpfully to those around us (Friends, family, church, etc.)
- That our financial needs would be met and would find a living space suitable for our needs
- That Elisha and I would walk together as one flesh, both being fitted for God’s calling on our lives and marriage
- That He would shield us from opposition: be it temptations of the flesh or discouragements from the enemy
