City on a Hill Melbourne East | Trainer: Neil Castle

Hello!

I am really excited to be commencing an MTS (Ministry, Training, Strategy) Apprenticeship in 2024 with City on a Hill Melbourne East (COAH). This apprenticeship will allow me to be developed spiritually, equipped theologically, and trained in areas of gospel ministry as I discern if I am fit for a life of vocational ministry. I am eagerly anticipating what is to come over the next two years; being moulded, trained and equipped by the quality staff workers from COAH, MTS and the Equip program. I am confident in God’s direction and plan for me, to use this experience and training for the years beyond the apprenticeship in service of Him.

As I begin this new chapter of my life, I would be honoured to have your support and partnership whether through prayer, financial support, or simply words of encouragement. I believe that as we work together to advance God’s kingdom, we will see incredible things happen in the lives of people around us.

Ultimately, it is my desire to see the people of Melbourne, Australia and the World come to know the beauty, relevance and the truth of Jesus Christ. Thank you for considering how you might be able to support me in the coming years. I am excited to see what God has in store and I am grateful to have you walk alongside me as I take this next step in my journey with Christ.

• For God to use me how He wants me to be used. That I would not look inward for my own agenda and personal goals but rather, to look upward in humility to be moulded in His image.
• To be challenged by growing in Christlike Character, Convictions and Competencies throughout the 2 years. That I would be energised in a life-earthed relationship with Jesus rather than any skill or talents I may possess.
• For my position working for City on a Hill to be an evangelistic and ministry opportunity for those outside of the church who are yet to know Jesus
