Hi! I’m Kiraleigh and I’m so excited to be doing an MTS Apprenticeship with The Point Community Church!

I have been involved with various kids and other ministries around The Point for over 10 years, and after spending the last two years working as admin support in the church office, I now have the awesome opportunity to do a ministry apprenticeship with our church through MTS.

My major roles as part of my apprenticeship involve:

• Kids Ministry (focus on Kindy-Year 5)
• Womens’ Point Group (growth group) leading & coaching
• Oversight of our Community/Hospitality team
• Involvement with Summerfest & Blast, our church’s evangelistic Kids’ Clubs

So far, MTS has been a huge learning curve, but an amazing opportunity to see God at work. How humbling yet encouraging that His power is made perfect in our weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9)!

Praise God for:

• Two awesome terms of Blast Kids Club. We’ve had an average of 35 kids each week, around half of these kids don’t attend church.
• The opportunity to go into primary schools to share Jesus with kids who may never otherwise hear the gospel.

Please pray:

• For wisdom and clarity as I settle into ministry roles.
• That God would be raising more workers to send into the harvest (Matt. 9:37-38)
• That the good news of Jesus will continue to spread in Port Macquarie, that people may hear and be saved.
